Hi and welcome! My name is Laura and I am a wandering aviator. I’m a Kentucky girl with a love for all things aviation who’s been living the military life for the last 12 years. My dog, Fenway, has been my sidekick for the last 5 years of this journey!
I inherited my love for aviation from my dad and I’ve been flying since I was 15. My “real job” when I’m not pushing pause on normal everyday life is as an EA-18G Growler NFO (Naval Flight Officer…think a nerdy version of ‘Goose’ in TopGun).
Recently I took a year off from the military. While I have loved my military experience and am grateful for all the opportunities it has provided me, I am taking this year to figure out me without the military. Follow along on my adventures and see what mischievous I can get into.
